"TJ and Amanda were wonderful to work with. They helped us to select the paint colors as well as gave guidance on what needed to be done to cover the paint that was currently on the walls and ceiling. I have already booked them to do exterior work once my new door arrives, They were quick to give us a reasonable estimate and were able to work around our schedule. "Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. We would recommend them to others & if we needed additional work, we would definitely call Home Genius Exteriors."

"Douglas was hired to get my pool cleaned and ready for swimming. The pool looked like a swamp when he came to give me an estimate. His estimate was a good price so we hired him. He did a fantastic job. He worked very hard trying to get my pool swimmable. He came several days and worked for hours scooping leaves and stuff out of the pool. He scrubbed and vacuumed many times. In the end, he did it and I was very happy. He is one of the hardest working men I have ever seen. Great personality and feels like family. I would recommend him for any job. I will have more work for him in the future. 5 stars."

"They were out here next day, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg to get them out here like other quotes I received from MANY other places. My fire place was not working at all during the end of December. With in an hour they got it cleaned, up and running and went over the parts i needed and the parts that didn't need the be fixed but would be beneficial to have. Great customer service, very friendly and tolerated my nosey dog well. Will be using them for all of my future repairs and yearly servicing!"
