The entire experience with this company was great from the very start. Very professional service from the office and from the men who came to cut down and trim our tall trees. They went over and above when dealing with a concerned elderly neighbor who was worried about debris dropping into her back yard. She was very pleased with their detail to cleaning up. Our yard looks great!

Wish I never hired them. The owner of company seemed nice at first then after she got the job was very insensitive and was just worried about getting my money. Was promised a lot and got nothing but a headache. Although the crew did work hard, they did lots more unnecessary damage to my fence gate by dragging large branches through. Called the owner and she was very rude and told me not to interfere and let them do their job. I totally overpaid and was very unhappy throughout this traumatic process. If u don't want any headaches or drama , do not hire this company.

(consumer name withheld per their request) We are very confused and upset to see this review. You contacted our company first thing in the morning. We had an estimator out to your house within (1) hour of you calling us. Our office manager called your insurance company and walked you thru the entire process, and got your claim processed. We explained that we were on other jobs but would be there to complete your job since it was an emergency. The crew came to your house the same day as promised, and removed a large fallen tree that was against your pool and fence. We typically do not accept payment plans but after numerous hourly phone calls we agreed to lower the price by $500.00 and to accept $300.00 monthly payments to try to help you. Getting your money was not our main concern which is why we set-up monthly payments. When you called the office upset about your fence we were not rude we simply explained that we were doing everything we could not to damage the fence and we had no other way to remove the tree off of the structure. You were very rude to our crew to the point they were ready to leave the job. You also called our office the following Monday and apologized to our office manager for being difficult and thanked her for completing the job and helping you with your deductible. You also told her the guys did a wonderful clean-up job and that you were very satisfied. We again apologize if you feel like we were just worried about payment. We went above and beyond to try to assist you and accommodate you. Please feel free to contact us to discuss further.
