Customer service was the worst ever, they moved my appointment twice took 10 days to get here. The salesman said they would be here in a day or two. the price was on the high end but for the fast service i decided to go with them. ( the fast service didn't happen). And to top it off i had to fight with them to clean up their mess.

Those young men did a great job and were very polite. Now are our go to for tree service.

The workers were professional and, they thoroughly cleaned the areas as they worked.

They were quick and efficient showed up when they said they would and completed the work as written.

Scheduling was a little confusing. One representative came out and gave a verbal estimate, then another came out and provided a written and email estimate. i called the office and scheduled an appointment, then received calls from the office about scheduling an appointment. Work was delayed because of weather but they came out soon after and performed the work. A week later another crew showed up to cut the tree down. Other than that, they came out, removed the tree as well as branches I had cut before calling them. I will use them again next time I need a large tree cut.

I hired another Home Advisor pro, Smith's Tree Service who did an excellent job at a better price

I was satisfied with the initial service and asked them to return to give me an estimate for another tree removal program. I was told that an estimator would be at my house on Friday. No one showed up and I waited all day. No one has contacted me since. It appears that they no longer wish to help me in my project.. I am disappointed in their reaction to me andmy projects. I reiterate that the initial team did a good job and were pleasant in all manners.
