i had some problems with scheduling because of their involvement with another difficult tree and inclement weather. i also had problems with a woman in their office who doesn't get back to you. but i finally dealt with amy who was fine. the gentlemen who did the job were very pleasant and helpful. i also think that they should show the fact that they charge $25.00 for the use of a credit card.

High price. Didn't finish job of trimming "everything in the yard" as contracted.

Customer wanted bushes trimmed after we were done the job called me 2 days later to pay when I came to get the check wanted us to do bushes and stumps that were not in contact because he had a budget number when we bid job

They provided an estimate in the morning and had a team in place by the afternoon to complete the work. Very pleased with the work done - took off 1/2 point from the 5 rating - they could not grind the roots of the trees because they were too close to the house. They recommended I get some products to kill the roots. It would have been helpful if they had fully addressed the issue. Other than that - very please with the service provided.
