My wife and I were very impressed with Arborcare. The gentlemen that came out to give us an estimate was very impressive with his knowledge of trees. He told us all about our tree, what type, its condition, which was very good, how to take care of it and his recommendation for trimming. The office was great in communicating with us and as promised called us an hour to let us now that the team was on their way. The team was very professional. They asked us if we were happy with the tree or whether we wanted it trimmed some more. Other companies in the past had never checked with us before they came down from the tree. They raked the yard and even swept our deck! They left the area in better condition! Very impressive company with great customer service from start to finish plus the price was very reasonable! We highly recommend Arborcare.

The tree work at my house required a permit and the communication and responsiveness of the office staff left me frustrated and disappointed! which is why I only gave 4.5 stars for customer service. I received the proposal on April 27 and the work was not completed until June 19th. I had to keep calling the office to find out the status of things. I would have appreciated it if the office staff reached out to me to provide updates and if they had put forth a little more effort to move the process along. HOWEVER, the gentleman (Chris) who came to my home to evaluate what work needed to be done and to write up the proposal KNOWS HIS STUFF! I received proposals from other companies, but it was clear to me that they just did not have the same level of knowledge and expertise. Additionally, the crew that came to my home to complete the work was PHENOMENAL! I take a lot of pride in my home and I was nervous about getting the work done and how the results would impact the appearance of my home. First of all, they were very kind, professional, and accommodating and allowed me to ask questions and to give my input as the work was being completed. They were very committed to providing excellent customer service and to make me happy with the outcome!! They sensed my nervousness and were very reassuring! That is going above and beyond, not many workers would care to do all of that! Secondly, the quality of the work was OUTSTANDING! Everything was meticulously done! The cleanup and timeliness of the work completion were great! I was also impressed by how well they worked together as a team. They have a very efficient process. Moving forward, I will continue to use this company and I will recommend Arbor Care Tree Experts, Inc. to my family, friends, and neighbors!
