The 'salesman' worked closely with me for a difficult - close quarter multi- tree removal. The crew arrived on the job in a timely manner, the foreman was excellent, as were the workers. The salesman stopped by the job several times that day (it was an 11 hour job) I was very happy with how well the workers bent over backwards to accommodate my requests, and I was happy with the finished job, and the price, which came in WELL below several other big name tree removal companies.

Quick painless tree removal.

They were fast and very efficient in removing the tree from the front yard. They were able to complete the whole job (including clean-up) in about 1 1/2 hours. Great job! i would recommend Arborcare highly!

They came by the same day to give me an estimate that I thought was VERY fair ($540 to remove a 30' cedar AND grind the stump, and they chopped the trunk into firewood lengths for us). We arranged for the work to be done, and I emailed them a completed contract. One day they came and cut down the tree and the crew asked me to sign the form and give them a check. I said I'd do that when the stump was removed. This took a couple of extra days, but they did a terrific job, and we've been able to plant new trees in that spot. Would ABSOLUTELY use them again!

Very professional; arrived on time; did the job and cleaned up everything...even left me some logs for the fireplace. Only drawback was I was hoping for trimming further up but was advised against it due to the type of tree and how it grows. But it still looks amazing and the limbs are off the power lines for my house and my neighbors which is the main reason I called.
