The work men (Cesar) were very efficient and fast. They left the yard spotless. I am very pleased.

Excellent to do business with this company. They kept me informed throughout the process, including submitting claim to the insurance company for damages incurred when my tree fell.

All personnel were well trained and very polite.

They were very punctual in arriving and doing the work requested. Very polite too but I would have preferred that the person who was the qualified expert remain on the job. Sadly a few unintended mistakes occurred do partly I think to a bit of a language issue between myself and the men performing the work. One of my Chinese Dogwoods was removed entirely rather then trimmed as requested and-the holly trees were trimmed but rather poorly with a power trimmer the did damage to branches. They went over the the work with a pruning sheer and improved the look somewhat though. I did have to and remove a few limbs myself too the next day that should have been removed by the workers They did an excellent job removing a Hugh Red Mable damaged by a recent storm. The price was a bit high but under the circumstance was reasonable for the amount of work performed. They did some trimming that was not part of the project free of added charge and overall I would say a good job performed. Quite honestly I am a perfectionist who takes pride in my landscape and a bit of a perfectionist as well so I would consider my rating a good indication of their work and not be afraid to recommend their company to a friend..

Overall, very good service. They were flexible with me when I made some changes the day they were here. Showed up on time and were very respectful of my property.

ARBOR CARE TREE SERVICE PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE THAT WAS $1,000.00 LOWER THAN THE TREE REMOVAL COMPANY I USED BEFORE. THEY CAME WHEN PROMISED. THEY DID ALL WORK REQUIRED AND REMOVED ALL WOOD AND SCRAP. THEY TRIMMED ALL TREES IN THE AREA AROUNG THE 60' OAK I HAD REMOVED. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB AT A VERY GOOD PRICE. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH.
