Had a tree trimmed in our front yard. Very knowledgeable about what they were doing. The tree looks great and they had a very fair price. When they showed up with a bucket truck, my kids and I were very excited. They even hung up my kids new swing! (The old one had to come down because the limb was getting trimmed.)

When a tree fell onto our house we had no idea how to go about getting it taken care of. Arborcare responded quickly, resolved the issue, cleaned up the mess, and even helped with the insurance. We truly appreciate how friendly and professional everyone was been, and how quickly they jumped in to help. Within a couple of hours everything was taken care of!

The team did a great job and gave a fair price. The office took awhile to respond to our calls, but everyone was friendly when they got back to us.

I had 13 trees removed. I also had stump removal quoted but decided not to do it as I was told the stumps would be at ground level. However the stumps are all different height some with jagged 6 in pieces sticking up. We waited about 3 weeks for our appointment, which was the Monday during hurricane Florence. I called the Friday before to see if we were still a go with the rain and possibility that they would be going to work in the Carolina's. I was told we would be contacted Sunday. NO contact, so we called the sales rep and he said he would check and get back to us.We left a message around 8pm and still never heard anything. The crew did show up Monday. However, we were told it would be a one day job, and it wound up being 2 days Mon and Wed. ON Monday, the crew DESTROYED my grass and apologized but did NOTHING to fix it. The crew on Wednesday brought mats, so the damage was not as bad. Overall, it looks like a war zone out there. The crews are very hard workers but there is a lack of communication on the office side.

I had to provide a ladder because they couldn't reach the higher branches which I told the company prior to the job.The tree was large enough to use a bucket. I stood there to make sure it was done to correctly which was time consuming due to no bucket. Otherwise, I might rehire. Booking the date was harder than getting an estimate.

Very friendly and professional

The crew showed up and immediately started to work. The person climbing and trimming the trees was very professional. The individual who ground the stumps of the removed bushes did a great job. I only wish I had been informed that the process would splatter mud all over the front of my house. I would have covered it up and I known. The price was very reasonable for the job. I would certainly use this company again.

The Crew did a wonderful job. They were on time, cleaned up and my wonderful tree went to tree heaven. I would recommend them to everybody. Thank you again.

The Arborcare crew removed one tree and trimmed another in my front yard. They handled the job efficiently. Unfortunately, it started raining, but the weather did not deter them. They completed their tasks and cleaned up all of the debris. We then did a walk through to ensure my satisfaction with their work. I will definitely call them to take care of some tree projects in my back yard next spring!
