"Pleased with the work Jeff performed at my house. He was quick to respond to my inquiry, provided suggestions on approach to fixing my water heater, and was on arrival within 24 hours. He provided options without pushing for the most expensive repair option (which was to replace the whole unit). Onsite he fixed my unit quickly meanwhile opened up to educate me my system and common troubleshooting tactics. Really appreciated that.
