Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The sales process was not too aggressive, and I didn't feel like they were over selling me something. The installation was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them and use them in the future.

Their service person came to my condo and made a mistake thinking that he fixed my system. He did not, he did not know what to assess. it stopped working moments later. I called and they sent another person back the following day to fix the problem and they charged close to eight hundred dollars for something that is normally repaired for less than a hundred and fifty dollars. The repair man that came back said that the first guy did not really know the system, thus he should have called or they should have sent someone else there to repair it Hence I would not recommend Signature at all unless you want to be taken advantage of like I was.

Our technician was knowledgeable, efficient and kind. She took the time to explain the issue and solutions to us. They came out the day I called and were wonderful to work with in all facets. I recommend them without hesitation!
