Although we received a few lower quotes from other companies, we opted to go with the company that specialized in Water Heaters. We were right to do so! When our Technician Scotty arrived, he patiently and succinctly explained everything to us clearly, answering questions, underscoring safety features, and ensuring we understood exactly what was going to be done (and why) prior to our giving the final thumbs up to move forward. He installed the replacement parts my husband and I had purchased, and brought the part we had forgotten about. He didn't (as one plumber did) deprecate the manufacturer of the material he was installing. He was on time, and left the bathroom in better condition than he had found it.
