"My wife and I were looking to renovate our kitchen. We began our search for a good contractor late of 2018 and ended up choosing to work with Topaz Remodeling in early 2019. They were very professional, sat with us, asked our needs & came for a second meeting with a beautiful 3D design. They were not pushy and had a reasonable price and so we decided to close with them. They showed us samples of woods, countertops and etc and helped us make a decision. They delivered the job about 6 days ahead of scheduale which made us very happy and in addition gave us a good warranty. Would definitely recommend them."

"David and Sam were very helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. It was a large kitchen/bathroom remodel in an older house that also included a partial remodel on a third bathroom to install new plumbing and electrical for a washer and dryer. They started with a 3D CAD model of the kitchen done by their designer with input from me and then followed it exactly. The finished project was beautiful and looked even better than the drawings. There were several big challenges along the way including lowering the kitchen floor and also removing a load-bearing wall which required an architect and an engineer for city approval. They had all the contacts needed and I didn't have to go out and look for them myself. They also got all needed permits and approvals and were there for all inspections. Whenever a particular part of the project wasn't quite what I expected they cheerfully redid it until I was happy. They even fixed some problems that were caused previously by other contractors during an earlier remodel. David went to the tile store with me and was available anytime I had questions on appliances and fixtures. Sam, who was in charge of the structural work, was knowledgeable in every area of construction and personally did the trickiest framing and bracing work himself to make sure it was done right. Even though the project is done they come by whenever I have a question or see something that needs a minor adjustment. They are easy to reach, always cheerful, and never avoid me or leave me hanging. They were even flexible on the pricing and gave me different options depending on my available budget. I'm going to do a bathroom addition in a few years and am planning on using them for that."

"Let me start off with, Dennis ,the person that I spoke with over the phone to make an appointment to come by to give us a free estimate. Dennis is a very knowledge person in his field and never did he try to up sale or push for a higher price during our entire visit. He listened to my concerns very attentively and after that he showed their products and answered and explained every question I had. I got a quote right on the first day of his visit. Then, Sean, the company owner and Dennis came by to do follow-up measurements and see if I had more questions and concerns. Sean is really " a window guru" he spent more than an hour in my house to review all the details about the project and what I should expect on the of installation. He patiently and courteously addressed my questions. And on the of installation, Joe and his crew came and delivered the best of the best installation I could have imagined. They did the job with the greatest care and professionalism you can find in this business. They paid attention to every detail and after they left my house, it looked like they had never been there. I can't say enough about the work they have done in my house. I definitely look forward to doing more home projects with Coast Life Construction Inc."
