"My husband and I hired Aldo to paint our daughter and son in laws newly purchased 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in Newhall, Ca. This was a house warming gift for the kids as they are new home owners. We live in Arizona. Aldo was easy to talk to and easy to work with. Aldo and his crew started on time, did a fantastic job on the walls, ceilings, floor boards, doors, trim and the brick fireplace front. They textured the awful looking ceilings and even took some popcorn ceilings off in the closets and textured them as well. My daughter and son in law decided to have them paint the kitchen cabinets for an additional cost. Aldo even removed all the painted over kitchen cabinet hardware. He cleaned it up and reinstalled it all onto the newly painted cabinets. The kitchen cabinets and hardware look brand new. Every surface in the house looks great! Definitely would hire them again!"

"This was a very professional company. We hired them to repaint and refinish our kitchen cabinets. The crew did a fantastic job!. Every day there was a supervisor to check on the status of the job and to keep us updated. The crew was very clean and protected the surrounding walls and floors. The other areas of the house were taped off from the kitchen to prevent any dust from spreading. They worked hard and did a professional job! Would rehire them in a heartbeat. "Steve, the owner, and his associate, Brian, did an outstanding job painting our Junior College home's exterior. I love the way it turned out: off-white body, with a nice black trim. Very classy looking. Both gentlemen were courteous, were on time, worked all day long, paid attention to detail, made helpful suggestions and, above all, were careful to protect our new deck, pavers and shrubs. They also went the proverbial "extra mile", making small repairs, such as replacing a basement vent, painting our security door and re-painting it, for free, when the original color I had selected proved to be the wrong hue. "Absolutely Exceeded My Expectations! Thanks for painting our home like it were your own. We couldnâ t be any happier with the quality work and the fine finished product Albin and his entire team did for us!! I was recommended to All Brands by my next-door neighbor and I am thrilled to report that both of our houses turned out beautifully. The owner Albin and his entire crew were professional, courteous, and most of all very skilled painters. They really should call what they do â house transformationâ and not just painting! I couldnâ t believe just how much effort they put into â preppingâ the house for paint. They spent many days scraping, priming, washing, sanding and priming again and so on, just to make sure that the paint surface was the best in the best condition possible. I was so relieved to see that they really took pride in their work and didnâ t just scrape, wash and paint like I have seen less quality painting companies do. Albin and his team were also super accommodating and I really appreciated that given that I like things â just rightâ if you know what I mean. I ended up changing my mind a couple of times before they actually purchased the paint(which by the way in my case was top quality Benjamin Moore paint and not some â off brandâ ) and each time they were happy to paint swatches onto my house of all 3 colors in different lights just to make sure I would be completely satisfied with how the colors looked. The best part other than the finished paint job was this thing Albin does with a roll of blue painters tape. Once our home was entirely painted, he hands me this roll of blue tape and tells me to â go around the entire house and put a piece of blue tape on anything and everything that I thought needed more attention, or was somehow missed, or not done to my exact standards.â Then he comes and goes over every piece of blue tape to make sure he knows how to direct his crew to make it exactly right for me! That part meant my house was exactly as I wanted without having to get into some kind of awkward discussion-big relief. I still canâ t believe how much work he and his crew does for such a totally fair price. I am thrilled with my home, and my next-door neighbors had All Brands paint there home as well and had just as great of an experience as I did. If you are looking and reading through all of the reviews both the good and the bad, then let me tell you that out of the three estimates we got, All Brands Painting turned out to be the best of the bunch on quality, professionalism and especially price. "Alex introduced us to the CoolWall by Tex Cote system that we didn't know about. We decided to go ahead and have our exterior of house completed. Alex, Roger, Tito, and George were very professional in making sure every detail of the job was completed in a highly proficient manner. Tito patched the crack in our wall and we cannot even tell where the existing crack was located. We are very pleased with the results. Our house looks so beautiful with the new Cape Cod Blue trim and Pearl White walls. Now, we do not ever have to paint the exterior again. Our home will be much cooler in summer and warmer in winter, which will save us on gas and electric bills. We would highly recommend Home2Renovate to anyone."

"Cesar Lima Painting Services (aka Lucid Painting) were very professional. Cesar took a look around the house and explained what his team would do in each area including replacing termite damaged wood (with redwood), blasting away damaged paint and stucco then repairing prior to painting, cleaning and sanding the whole structure, and applying anti fungal primer in areas that had mold damage. His team then arrived and did exactly what Cesar said they would. They were very polite and just got on with the work. Cesar provided a very competitive quote and did not ask for payment until after the job was done - even then it wasn’t like he called me straight away to demand payment. I reached out to him to organize an inspection date and then I paid by check. All in all, a very pleasant experience! :)"

"This job was to renovate my home in preparation to sell it in early March. It consisted of a kitchen and 3 bathroom upgrade, flooring and lighting fixture replacement, painting and removal of 3 popcorn ceilings. Beginning the second week of January, the entire job was completed within 6 weeks. When first hired, the principal of Palm Construction carefully tuned in to my specific needs and targeted timeframe, offering succinct suggestions respects colors, style and quality of products used. Specialists in each trade worked cohesively with each other, as well as alongside other contractors that I had personally hired separately for windows and pool replaster. Although I had intended to live in the property during the renovation, I quickly realized that my occupancy was impeding progress, so I made the decision to vacate the premises. This was especially important during the removal of popcorn ceilings which contained asbestos. The work moved seamlessly from the removal of kitchen counters, sink, cabinet doors, appliances and flooring to the demolition of 3 bathrooms. Timely mutual decisions were made about fixtures, mirrors, flooring, sinks, vanities, paint and hardware, allowing the job to progress steadily to reach very precise goals. Along the way, it was determined that the air ducts needed replacing and AC would be a welcome addition to the total job. These issues were discussed and explained clearly and quoted at a reasonable cost - so I decided to add the change orders. Although I had never been involved with a home renovation in the past, I was very impressed with the patience and care taken to communicate with me throughout the entire job. I was a demanding customer with an expectation of perfectionism and Palm Construction was up for the challenge. Beyond the scope of the original job, Palm went above and beyond with finishing touches and little extras here and there. They've come back to help me even after completion of the job, when I needed some additional retrofits for my appliance installation, which was not even part of the original job. I know that I can count on Palm Construction to be responsive and willing for anything that may come up in the future. I learned that they are a GC that you can totally trust and rely on. In summary, I am in awe of the completed work. My friends and neighbors are astonished with the transformation of my home. The end product is flawless and most impressive. My realtor has already offered Palm Construction opportunities for other jobs. My neighbors have asked for their contact information to get quotes. I highly recommend Palm Construction for your renovation work, whether it is a large or small job. During the 6 weeks of this job, I got to know the principal, Guy Yaakov, and his team.
