"I've hired Iljazi Masonry for two different jobs now because I've been so happy with their work. First we tore down our rotting deck, and had them install a bluestone patio. They laid a thick cement foundation so that I will never have weeds grow through between the stone and took care in cutting the stone and placing it so as not to be wasteful and so the pieces went together without looking too symmetrical. I wish I had done this years ago...one of the best investments I've made. Then I hired them again to repair/rebuild two stone pillars at the bottom of my driveway. "We talked with two other companies before deciding on Sherwood & Truitt. S & T noticed issues they did not and explained fully how they would handle the job of installing a new septic tank and taking good care of plants that would need replanting and grass that would need re-seeding. They ran into huge rocks and never complained. We had contracted for them to take away soil left over after installation. So great was the voume of rocks that they brought in 4 cubic yards of soil and did not charge extra. The work crew was friendly and eager to explain what they were doing and why. I could not be happier than I am with the process and the result. Not only did we get a new tank to replace the 65-year-old steel tank, but our side yard was virtually re-landscaped."
