We called Mr. Rooter of Rock Hill, SC and discussed our issue with the Owner Mr. Jason Smith, who immediately sent a technician (Mr. Michael C) to help us with our issue the very next morning at 8:00am sharp. I wasn't sure how difficult it would be or how long it would take to fix our gas leak problem. However, Michael helped us by quickly pinpointing where the leak was located and finding a solution to resolve it. To my surprise, the owner (Mr. Jason Smith) even went out of his way to locate a needed spare part and personally bring it to Michael to finish the job. The professionalism and teamwork this company provides for their customers goes above and beyond. Michael also answered all our questions with detailed explanation to give us peace of mind. Mr. Rooter of Rock Hill is now my go-to for anything remotely plumbing or gas related!!!"

"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did.
