"Fantastic! The company that installed my Jacuzzi Walk-In tub was totally unresponsive when the sprayer broke. Word to the wise: I should have interviewed long-time customers of the installatoin company and not just relied on Jacuzzi's excellence. Lifetime replacement of parts is a virtually worthless promise with this company! Coastal Caroline called to set up an appointment within minutes after I entered my request online. The sprayer was replaced in no time at all! Excellent work and extremely personable! They have a customer for life!"
