"An excellent experience starting with Cody. He was thorough in his inspection, provided a ton of pictures to go along with his findings, and offered options suitable for my budget. He went above and beyond, to explain that the products were safe for children. The team, Oscar P, Paulino L., and Bryant V., were amazing. It was the coldest week of the year, and the last couple of days it rained. But they did not let it deter them and completed the work on time. The end result looks great. We called Mr. Rooter of Rock Hill, SC and discussed our issue with the Owner Mr. Jason Smith, who immediately sent a technician (Mr. Michael C) to help us with our issue the very next morning at 8:00am sharp. I wasn't sure how difficult it would be or how long it would take to fix our gas leak problem. However, Michael helped us by quickly pinpointing where the leak was located and finding a solution to resolve it.
