They were able to get a tech over to my house that same day, & after only 20 min, the problem was diagnosed (gas valve had died). "I reached out to Vince after reading through numerous reviews of plumbers and am very happy I gave him a call. I had used another company to do a "service" on my oil boiler that had become very inefficient...$200 later with them telling me it was all fixed, nothing changed. I called Vince, described the symptoms, and he was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. Turns out I needed a new boiler and Vince was able to show me in 5 minutes why (VERY obvious), where as the previous guy had spent two hours accomplishing nothing and taking my money. I took this opportunity to convert to gas and Vince walked me through my options, provided two estimates within 24 hours based on different units, and was able to start work in 2 days. He was clear, great at communicating and responding to questions, and priced very fair. No one wants to hear the fun news of a boiler replacement, but I am glad I got in touch with Vince before I got stuck with no heat in the middle of winter. Vince gave me great advice on how to maintain the new unit, best practices, and things to check up on regularly. He took my calls a week after he was done when I had some follow-up questions for him and backs his work-up for a year after the new install. Overall A+."

"I searched for someone to install a kitchen faucet and repair a leaking sink drain pipe, Dave responded immediately to my inquiry and he was able to send a plumber right over. True to his word Mike arrived which was great as he had completed my last project, he went right to work checking all avenues which might be causing the leak. He quickly found the problem and repaired it quickly, he took great pains to limit the debris field and completely cleaned the area. "Ken arrived promptly, at the time we both agreed to, assessed the work on-site and started doing the replacement of the water valve feeding the washing machine. After which it became apparent that the main water valve into the house also needed replacement, so he did that as well. Upon returning the next day to install a new bathroom sink fixture and change out the cartridge for the basement shower, it was determined that the old water main valve was leaking. The old valve itself wouldn't close properly and so we agreed to a new shunt around the old water shutoff value, so the old valve no longer had any water flow passing through it. Ken cut and installed new pipe to bypass the old water main valve. Ken proceeded to disassemble the basement shower valve to see which control cartridge for the shower and took a picture to get the right replacement for the next day's work. Ultimately, the shower assembly had to be completely replaced, because the the old cartridge was no longer made."

"These guys are super great! I contacted Gomez Vision in mid-summer of 2022 for an addition project that included a walk-in closet and a full bath and soon realized that I had contacted just the right folks for my project and was very impressed with Jorge, the companys head, for his skills and depth of knowledge. Jorge gave me a written proposal outlining the work to be done in details and the time needed to finish each segment of the construction process. After signing the contract, Jorge applied for and obtained all the needed permits (construction, plumbing, electric) for the project and was available onsite for each and every inspection tour that the city mandated. Jorge and his team always showed up to work as promised, they were efficient and reliable and took all measures to leave the place as neat as it can be. At every juncture of the construction process, Jorge would take time to explain in detail the work that lays ahead and the materials to be used highlighting the cons and pros of each and the leaving it up to us to make the final choice. Although Jorge listened carefully to our ideas he never hesitated to share his suggestions with us to ensure that work was done to our utmost benefits and to the highest standards. Jorge was always willing to go the extra mile and accommodate any of our requests even when it meant extra work for him and some deviation from the original plan. I was so astonished to see that Jorge did many small things in the newly constructed area that were not part of the contract but he deemed necessary without asking for compensation for his work. No doubt Jorge and his team did an excellent job on our project and they did it in a timely fashion! As for costs, I believe that Jorge gave us a reasonable and a fair price for the high quality of work that he and his team did and he offered me a very flexible payment schedule. Finally, on a personal note, Jorge and his team were extremely friendly, polite, courteous and conducted themselves in a highest level of professionalism. I personally found Jorge to be easy-going and a great pleasure to chat with. I would highly recommend Gomez Vision and I will certainly rehire them for any of my future home improvement projects."

"Sam and his team did a great job in getting the entire air conditioning system in top shape for a 10,000 sq ft house. His work involved repairing one of our air conditioning condensers, replacing two condensers, and servicing the three other machines. He also replaced all of the 30 year old thermostats/temperature control systems. The house was blisteringly cold when I got back from work; in contrast, it was basically a sauna before I had left. Sam does a lot of the work himself when my mom saw them work. He seems to be very detail and quality oriented. We are hoping to use his company for the various buildings/properties that my parents own ! Highly recommended!!"

"I'm not a review writing person, but I will make an exception here. First of all, the salesperson, Steve was awesome. He explained everything to the detail. It also helps that First choice offers two year no interest financing. The work crew came in on Monday morning, twenty minutes before they said they would. I have a big basement, it took them two days from start to finish. When they were done, one of the guys gave me a walk around explaining everything. Boy, my basement never looked so clean and good. They were very professional, quick and left the basement immaculate. Highly appreciated. And here's the thing, the very next Sunday thru Monday, we had a rain storm and my basement was dry as a bone. I could actually see the water as it was coming out of the pipe outside my house from the sump pump. It's been predicted that this Sunday - Monday we're gonna have a worse rainstorm than last week. I can't wait Overall, I would give this company a plus ten !"
