Fast appointment time, next day service. Initially booked for 11am, bit was changed to 6pm the same day. The pro was knowledgeable and quick to fix the clogged drain with his pro tool, namely the drain auger.

Two weeks after this plumber was here I had the same problem with water accumulating around the downstairs toilet, the same problem that they came here to fix two weeks ago. They said they would not come back out unless they charge me again. I was quoted $350 and ended up being charged $500 because they had to take off a toilet and said they had to go trough the main drain and the plug wasn't in the toilet, it was on the main drain line.
Response from Company:
Yes we did tell you that clearing a main line was 350$ . But unfortunately you didn't have a clean out so we had to pull a toilet to access the main line which was $150 . When we started snaking the line, we found out that there is so much grease in the pipe . After informing your son that there is a lot of grease in the line . he admitted to dumping a huge amount of grease in the line . After clearing the line . We repeatedly told you and your son that your line needs to be jetted to be cleaned the proper way. Jetting is a whole different ball game than snaking and it is a lot more expensive. You did not want to take that step .
