With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. "We've used RT Olson for a few projects now and will continue to do so when the next project arises. They fixed a water main leak, changed shower fixtures, changed our pressure regulator, and installed a water heater along with a salt water softener system and new hose bibs to utilize the soft water via hose outside in addition to the benefits inside the house. Bob also fixed a leak, by our kitchen sink that was under our recently poured concrete patio by accessing the leak from the inside of the kitchen cabinet (whereas another company wanted to break the concrete). It was very clear he was working to prevent future issues (leaks) and brought the connections to the industry standard so I no longer needed connectors from 1/2 to 3/8 for the water lines. The job was much more difficult than I thought which made the agreed price even more reasonable. A skilled man, a fair price, and a great job (I don't have a web of water lines under my sink and the shut off valves are much more efficient)."
