"We had several contractors give us estimates and Ani of LGC was the best. She was knowledgeable, professional and not pushy at all. My husband and I felt very comfortable with her and it didnâ t take us long to choose her. She helped with the design, locating materials and also helped us save money. The workers arrived on time, put in a full dayâ s work and did an amazing job for us. What started as a primary bathroom remodel turned into primary bedroom, bathroom and master closet redo, flooring to most of our house and two patio redos. We felt comfortable with the entire process from start to finish. Ani and her crew kept us informed and helped with giving us other options that we didnâ t even think of. "I wanted to replace carpet with wood-look vinyl in living room, dining room, library and office in my house, but the floors were very uneven. One company said they would only recommend replacing with new carpet and a second company gave me a ridiculously high estimate for the work. Jacobs Construction quoted a fair price, which went up a bit when they pulled up the carpet and saw just how bad the floors were. The final cost was far below the other quote. The work was done in just two days, and the floors are beautiful!"
