"I needed to have incorrectly run legacy plumbing removed and reinstalled properly, including running a vent through the wall and penetrating the roof. Shortly after speaking with Aquilera, they inspected the job site and told me what needed to be done and gave me a price quote (a fair price). Because it was the end of the day, they told me they wouldn't be able to pick up parts until the following morning. Although the next day was 4th of July, they still picked up the parts and completed the job by noon, at no additional charge for working on the holiday. Very professional from start to finish!"

He told me they use Bradford White water heaters and my research showed they are among the top brands. The price they quoted included the expansion tank called for by new codes. Another company quoted an extra $100 for it. The All Advance team arrived as promised, and were very professional again answering all of my questions. The emptying/removal of my old water heater & installation of the new one, took less than 1-1/2 hours. Time for my first hot shower in 3 days, Thanks!!!"

"Richard Eppers, the Owner and President of Guardian was actually the technician who serviced my air conditioning unit. He took time to explain how he was going to proceed, and as a senior sheltered during the pandemic, was relieved when he did not enter my home before putting on his mask and covering for his shoes. He found and fixed the problem in a relatively short amount of time, and offered advice on temperature control and future maintenance. Richard was very courteous with being phony, showed genuine concern and was totally professional throughout. In the end we discussed a maintenance agreement, which I decided was the appropriate route to avoid any future "surprises". The agreement was reasonable and I strongly feel, that though had no previous knowledge of this company, based on the Owner, that future technicians will just as professional and knowledgeable. I could not have expected in customer service, from my first call in and expeditious scheduling and followup by the office staff, to the completion of the call by Richard, I would highly recommend Guardian in a heartbeat!. I fully expect any future technicians to show the same professionalism and expertise as their boss."
