"WOW! From my very first phone conversation with Jordan I knew this would be the company we would be hiring. OBS was our third estimate out of 3. Jordan explained in detail everything that needed to be done in waterproofing the basement at my parents home in Ohio. I had just returned home to Arizona, after moving my parents to a retirement home and selling their house, in contract. The buyers backed out after inspection revealed past water issues in the basement. Jordon was always quick to return my texts or calls. He never made me feel stupid. Eased all stress I had. Honestly felt that he and the company cared about us and were willing to work with us, allowing me to come back and do the prep work before they started. It was true customer satisfaction, not all about how much $ they could get out of us. Complete confidence and security with OBS and employees. My crew foreman Steven and his crew Alex McCoy and Eric Reese were so friendly from the moment they greeted me at the door. "Nick was great to deal with from start to finish. He and Kevin provided quality work install a drainage system from my sump pump and gutter. I was very impressed with how friendly they were in taking time to to answer all of my questions. Not to mention the cost of my project was $700 less than other estimates that I received for companies that wanted to install corrugated pipe while NPM installed 35SDR PVC piping. When I asked the other companies about their cost to install 35SDF PVC piping it was $1400 more. So glad I found NPM and will be using them for many more projects in the future."

"Jason took our stairs to the basement that were a tiny spiral mid evil type stair case and made them so amazing. He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. He came back a couple years later and redid our entire front porch and did some electrical and other odd and end jobs. He is an honest man and Works very hard."

"Angi sent a so-called pro (Eric H) to do the work. He stated that he could not 'replace' my basement toilet because the concrete floor needed to be ripped up. He left the new toilet and left. After calling and speaking with Mary (call center in CO) she was very helpful, put out a request to my local plumbers for a 2nd opinion, at that time my phone started ringing. Benjamin Franklin plumbing could have someone (Chris Herron) here in a couple of hours. Great! No, I didn't need to have the concrete tore up, and in fact, Chr replaced the toilet right there and then. I had to hire him of course, but the price wasn't bad at all. Chris did an excellent job, was very professional and dumbfounded that Eric couldn't complete the job! I had the master toilet installed by Angi a few years ago again by another 'pro' (Joe) who replaced the toilet. It rocked on us as we tried to use. I called him back to fix - complete the job, he came out and charged me for his time and left. I hate Angi"

"I foun this company through Angi (formerly Angiâ s List). They arrived within 45 minutes after first the contact. Both, Brad and Alex were extremely friendly and courteous. They worked well together as a team. We were quoted a ridiculous amount in the thousands by another company. Zoom came in and got to work. The issue with the backed up shower drain was resolved within an hour or so. I like that they started working the issue and not make an assessment just by looking and saying what they think is causing the problem, then quote an insane amount to fix it.
