"Williams & Associates replaced an ancient, very large old boiler in my very large house. Bruce calculated the necessary size and found a suitable boiler. He and his crew thoroughly cleared the radiators and lines before removing the old boiler and installing the new one. They checked all the radiators and added new valves as needed during a lengthy checkout. It took several days to do all the work. Throughout, Bruce explained what they were doing and why as well as recommending changes/additions to the original proposal. They were even cheerful about removing the original "Mary Jane" from the basement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone using steam heat. Great job!"

Owner of the company, Mark contacted me directly and came out the same day to do the work. He gave me a fair ballpark quote verbally and then after I sent him my water heater specs and space via email photos, he gave me an official quote without even coming out. When he arrived, he did a quick walk through and confirmed cost would be as quoted. Price was very reasonable (compared 2 other companies) for a new 40 gallon natural gas water heater and the work was completed in less than 2 hours. If I ever have any water heater issues in the future, I will go directly to Water Heater Medic because that is their business and expertise."
