"My wife and I are both in our seventies and the step-over tub in our master bath had become genuinely dangerous for us ?Five Star Bath Solutions of Fort Collins came out to our place near Harmony Rd, measured everything carefully, and proposed a walk-in shower conversion with a teak bench and textured safety tile that would actually look nice and not institutional. The project started on the Monday he promised and wrapped up by Wednesday afternoon. Every evening the bathroom was swept clean and our floors were protected the whole time. We feel so much safer and it added real value to our home."

I was a little skeptical at first with their prices being lower and the fact that the company is a little newer, but was very happy to learn that they have years of experience installing bathrooms together (and that experience definitely shows)! We had them replace a basement shower stall that was moldy and unusable. A lot more work went in than previously expected, but they stayed until the job was complete. "The experience with RenewHome Innovations was close to perfect. We had a walk-in shower installed with high end materials such as porcelain walls and a new bathroom floor The experience from beginning to end was smooth. The sales person, Randy, helped us figure out what we wanted in an initial consultation. The office crew (Kaylee, Ann) ordered everything and kept us up to date on delivery schedules. The project manager, Justyn, coordinated the work on site as soon as all the materials were available. RenewHome's plumber, Scott, and assistant Jonathan were in and out in a few hours. Then the big work started with a GREAT subcontractor, L and R Home Remodeling LLC. Edgar and his assistant Adir completely rebuilt the bathroom in 3 days and left everything clean at the end of the day. Edgar and the company owner Isaac came back a few days later and painted,leaving us a perfectly beautiful new bathroom. We are totally delighted."

"Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."

"Marc took care of repairing our sewer-line from our house out to the main. They did a method which I believe is called "trenchless" (though they still have to dig a large, deep hole to access the line.) They essentially feed a resin soaked liner into the clay pipe and then expand the liner and allow it to harden. This saves the owner from the large expense of digging up the sidewalk and street. We were impressed by Marc's thoughtful consideration of our project, the speed at which he moved our project along, the care he and his coworkers took in protecting our property (such as our concrete patio) such that we did not need to bare the expense of repairing that. The final cost was exactly what he quoted us. We were expecting to pay more so of course we were very happy with the price tag. Though we wish no one the expense of having to replace/repair their sewer-line, anyone who finds themselves in that situation would do well to call Schra!"

"Great Job--highly recommended. They installed a gas line extension for my new kitchen range. When I asked for an estimate, they showed up on-time and walked me through the various aspects of my job. Bid was less than competitors and was based on the work to be done and not some set rate for "the standard kitchen range extension job" like other companies. The team arrived ahead of schedule and went straight to work. Concrete repair looks great, but LOTS of splashed residue on my front siding and windows that quickly turned into large dark spots. I emailed the company, along with a few photos, to at least find out how to best deal with the stains and heard nothing back even after 3 attempts. Absolutely no response. Zero calls. Zero follow-up emails. The work quality and initial inspection/quote process of this company are great. The courtesy of their team members is great. The collateral damage, at least in my case, was substantial. Follow-up customer service after the job is complete is really terrible, as in apparently non-existent, and it will most definitely affect my willingness to recommend them to my contacts, even though the actual concrete repair was well done."

Eric found the problem right away and fixed it like it was new, He went out and bought me a filter for my HVAC and another part for my toilet - now they both work exceptionally well. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
