Andrew clearly explained the possible problems before he went into my cellar to look around. He discovered I had copper pipe everywhere and that eliminated several options. He descried the mitigation needed to completely resolve the problem, which I am considering. He also removed a broken dishwasher that is being picked up later. He was professional and friendly, making a nighttime service call pleasant!

The pro identified the exact spot was the water leaking was coming from. He cut the part up of the pipe and replaced it with w good one, explaining every thing he was doing. He tried to make sure there was no more leaking before leaving. He further removed a clog in the drain in a sink where the flow was almost stopped.

Jared did great, very professional and knowledgeable, showed up on time, gave me several no pressure options, cleared up several questions and assumptions I had, performed efficiently on the option I chose, snaked our pipes about 75 feet several times, showed me the clog(s) he encountered, reassembled and flushed the system, and then had me run the washer drain cycle to make sure the sink gurgle was gone. Also pointed out an anomaly with the subfloor sink drain and explained how it should be. Great encounter, would definitely have Jared back if more service needed.
