"The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. "Plumbing issues are never good. Especially ones that require extensive troubleshooting just to understand what repairs are needed. My 1940’s house provided some real complexities identifying my sewer line issue. After receiving multiple rough estimates and quotes from other companies, Mr. Rooter sent Matthew Smith. He spent a good amount of time digging in to the possible causes and solutions, keeping me aware of what my options would be along the way. It took a video inspection to narrow it down. Once diagnosed, Matthew provided a recommendation, advised me of what it would take to fix, and the cost of the repair. The price was fair based on the other estimates I received, and the work was exceptional. Did what they said they were going to do and more. I can’t recommend this company, and especially Matthew, more. I had an unavoidable negative and expensive repair, but the experience with them exceeded all expectations."

"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"
