"Joe and his crew did an outstanding job rebuilding a deck our original contractor had screwed up several years ago, and we had paid big bucks for. The original deck had composite deck boards, which were mostly salvageable. But the first contractor used â treated lumberâ that was questionable to build the foundation, which rotted completely. He also failed to space the deck boards which caused a massive drainage issue and had also failed to install flashing. The results were a collapsing deck, a sagging door, and a sinking floor. Joe was able to remediate every issue and even went a step further to remediate all of the other issues the faulty installation caused in the first place! Joe was reliable, easy to communicate with, and a great guy with a head full of knowledge. Iâ d highly recommend his service to anyone. I only wish Iâ d found Backyard Solutions sooner."

"We had stone pavers installed as a driveway extension, removed existing concrete sidewalk & replace with stone pavers and add a stone walkway from the driveway to the back yard. We also had them line our front flowerbed with stone pavers and replace a dying tree in the front. Jose and his team started the job when scheduled & completed the job as scheduled. He and his crew were so professional and such perfectionists! The completed work exceeds our expectations. Because of the slope of the yard, the area for the walkway had to be leveled to prevent drainage issues. He took everything into consideration and made the area a showcase!"

All the other contractors I had come out asked me what I wanted to do and Boyce assessed the situation with my deck and told me what we needed to do. "Charlie worked on Jul. 4, 2022, from 10 am - 6 pm, with some help from his wife, who drove separately in the afternoon. Ms.Otal helped with re-finishing lower flight hand(rail) wall, and painted wood-composite baseboards outside to keep paint smell outside. Charlie changed baseboards near master shower and left of master vanity. Old baseboards outside appeared to have dry rot from water damage since townhome was built in 1974, but internally remodeled in 2020, before I bought. Charlie and Cecilia, wife, also replaced the front door insert, partially, as needed, using his own drill, cleaning up w / his own vacuum cleaner and brush. Charlie and Cecilia were very detail-oriented, which could explain why they worked for eight hours on a holiday!"
