Trey is who I spoke to every day and he was so kind and answered any questions that I had. Trey, Johnathan, and Desmond did a great and very efficient job for us. My husband has called Trey several times with questions and Trey goes beyond being helpful! We are comfortable knowing that all our water issues have been resolved because of the meticulous work that Trey, Johnathan, and Desmond did in our crawl space, tearing out old insulation, treating the wood for white mold, encapsulating the area, installing a dehumidifier. Trenching around the foundation in the crawl space which was very hard work putting in corrugated pipe then filling the trench with stone to our sump pump. Thanks again for a job well done!

Tyler was great explaining the process. Johnathan, Trey, and Desmond did a great job. They were friendly and informative and explained all they were doing. They were very professional and capable. We are very satisfied with our experience with Dry Otter.

Excellent work!!! I love it!! Cody, Tristen and Luis worked hard to complete the job quickly. The quality of work was top notch!!! The attention to detail and the entire installation was flawless! Dry Otter came out to our house for an inspection and to quote our crawl space. Mike was detailed, took his time explaining and gave his opinions as to the needs. They were able to schedule our job in a fast and timely manner. The Dry Otter crew communicated well and were very professional while at our home. I was highly impressed and would definitely recommend them for your crawl space needs.

TERRIBLE. RIPPED OFF !! Was supposed to replace all rotted wood, and raise all floors to level. The work will likely not pass code and they did not pull permits.
Response from Company:
We completed the terms of the contract and were called weeks later demanding that we come out to their house and repair additional areas outside the scope of the contract. We attempted to have a conversation with them two times that day but were met with threats and obscenities so we decided to defer contact to our lawyer for resolution. Our hope was our lawyer could initiate a civil conversation with them about the work performed, but the homeowners won't return his calls and instead have been posting negative and misleading reviews about our company on the internet.

High integrity company and excellent customer service. We had humidity issues with our crawlspace and were impressed with the treatment plan provided by Lance among others we looked at. We were impressed with the installation and solution. Kevin (the owner) came out to inspect the work of his installers and even repaired a vent that was not their responsibility - impressive customer service and work. We would highly recommend them.
