"I interviewed at least 10 different companies for my central a/c install job. I have large, older stone home - 4100 sq ft. No ducts. I finally decided on Green Air Concepts. They installed 2 separate systems and all duct work. Duane, Keith and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job. Great price, very responsive, clean, considerate and overall just a great experience. They were in the house for over 2 weeks and did their best to limit the disruptions. Everyone had a great attitude. "Pleased with the work Jeff performed at my house. He was quick to respond to my inquiry, provided suggestions on approach to fixing my water heater, and was on arrival within 24 hours. He provided options without pushing for the most expensive repair option (which was to replace the whole unit). Onsite he fixed my unit quickly meanwhile opened up to educate me my system and common troubleshooting tactics. Really appreciated that. He asked for feedback on onsite (appreciated) and walked with handshake. He performed honest work. Highly recommend Jeff. "From the start of our journey with Rome Bath to the end results was amazing! Last year we went to the showroom and was assisted by Karen. She explained to us about the different products and how they differed from other companies products. She was so knowledgeable and helpful! Then this year we decided to have a walk-in shower installed in our upstairs bathroom. Joe came to our house and went over everything with us. He was so helpful and was not pushy like other sales people normally are. We greatly appreciated that. He was also so helpful with helping us decide what would be best for us! Then came time for the installation. Dan and Justin came. They did an amazing job. They were very polite and respectful. They made sure to keep our home clean by placing down protective covering on our carpets and stairs. They were very careful bringing all of their tools, supplies, and taking everything back out. They transformed our 1940's bathtub into a beautiful looking walk-in shower. It looks amazing! "Shower Replacement is not really accurate. This is more like complete bathroom replacement with shower gut to studs and black mold remediation. Pipe, toilet and tile replacement as well. Removal of ancient cast iron pipes in walls and in basement. Big job. I was a little leery of hiring via the internet however, Josh Simpson from SolutionBased is quite the find. I hired him for multiple large jobs, several of which are still in process. One is complete. Josh is extremely knowledgeable; his explanations are thorough. If you contract with him, he takes EXTREME care to protect your home. He moves all furniture but goes much further. For a large job like mine, he completely covered my floors to prevent damage and covered all furniture that was not moved with plastic. He built an in-house tent with zippers for my husband and I (who had to move to a third floor bedroom) to access our laundry and closets in the master bedroom. Everything is totally protected as best as is humanly possible. Josh is responsive to all calls and texts, he makes solid plans, discusses any needed changes and delivers detailed contracts. He is personable and his team members are respectful and careful. He works smoothly with my designer and he serves as an excellent general contractor for the entire project. Finally, Josh is terrific in dealing with insurance companies. When the job is complete, I will add more detail to this review and give the company a final rating."

"I just could not find anyone local that would do a cabinet refacing. One big local retailer said 'good luck" nobody does that anymore. (that's where I had bought the cabinets 25 yrs ago) reluctantly I went to the internet where again not a lot of companies to choose from. One was Kitchen Magic whom I never heard of but had good reviews. I receive a callback from Angela the next day to set up an appointment with Rich(sales) the following week. "I had them install a walk-in shower. The two installers were Angel and Wallace. I couldn't have asked for any better. I never saw two men who were so focused and worked continuously for 12 hours straight. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and did an excellent job. My new walk-in shower is beautiful and the cleanup was excellent. Everything was clean and perfect. I would definitely hire this company again based on this exceptional experience."

"Marshall Services are transparent in their business practices and explanations about any services that our home heating system needed. They did not use pressure techniques to gain our business, only logic and visual assistance to depict problems in regard to our home heating system. They gave us every discount possible, as well as a 0% payment plan at our request. The estimator/service person was personable and showed sincere concern for both our repair and financial situations. The company itself reflected its strong concern for us by scheduling the repairs for the next day, so we did not have to suffer the cold weather forecasted. We also chose to continue our association with them via an HVAC contract for both our heating and air conditioning systems. Their prices were so much less than any of the other companies that gave us estimates to fix our heating system. The final bonus for this company is the lovely people who work there and treat us so respectfully."
