"Ive hired him twice now, first time was a water heater, second time pressure tank, but before I did the second time, I called him and even though his business that day was closed, he not only answered the phone, he tried to talk me though how to fix it till I needed a new one, but with my kids being noisy he chose to drive out to my house on his companies day off just to help me and show me and my wife how to get it working again with no charge, he told me I did need a new tank and switch, we agreed on a price and Monday he did the work and installed both, he came on time and answered any questions, and even took the time to listen to me about my next project, a walk in shower. RICK IS THE BEST, cannot go wrong hiring this man, ive told everyone I know if they need it done right, call rick."
