"West Shore Home stands behind there customer satisfaction do to there wonderful employees Such Jocelyn in the office doing every humanily possible thing she can to make sure u as a customer is satisfied and then thereâ s Neil one of the installers that is just a wonderful individual who goes 150% percent to do a wonderful job and to make sure u are happy with his work. They came in and remodeled two showers one being guest bathroom and second being master shower . I wasnâ t satisfied with the first go around on the master shower and Jocelyn took my account under her wing and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the job and believe me folks she didnâ t have to but she is still one of the few in the working world we have now a days that still cares and West Shore Homes should be very proud to have an employee like Jocelyn handling there accounts and I think Jocelyn for being an amazing person!"

"Hired David Graf to repair a rotten beam on our patio, replace stucco/drywall around it, and redo the second floor balcony decking with new hand railings.
