Great experience with Ocala, Jesse our contractor was friendly and very professional. He did a great job with the tear down and remodel and I really would recommend him. Only con is the price, Ocala bath does have a sales person who first visits, and it's the usual trying to get you to buy asap. Thankfully I had gotten quotes prior to this so I didn't feel as pressured to accept. I did accept in the end due to the material being used is great against mold and mildew.

Loved the guys that did the installation, the door leaked and they sent a man to fix it QUICKLY (reversed a shield)! Strange thing is the next time I saw them at a festival they said they don't do doors? What good is a shower without a door? It did come out BEAUTIFUL and has a lifetime warranty I HOPE we have cracks around the drain... :-(

I left a review already once about this company because they did such a terrible job and was called then by the owner to ask to please take the review down and they would make it right the gentleman that called me back just last week said he planned on coming to my house to put something on the floor of the shower to keep me from sliding ,The floor is uneven. I had two bathrooms done at the same time. They did one and another company did the other. I told that gentleman as I did the Owner there?s something wrong with the floor not even a shower chair could stay stable a bottle of shampoo can?t stand on the floor of this shower . It is unsafe when he told me he was Going to put something On the floodecided to call the other people that did the bathroom and I let them fix it so all I can say is no I would never use them again when they asked me to take the review down. I took it down to give them the benefit of the doubt but here you go , I had to pay somebody else to fix your mistake .

We are extremely pleased with our shower installation. Our home was built in 1947 and the plumbing was horrible. Ocala Baths rerouted the plumbing and installed the new shower. Extremely professional installation, done in a timely manner. They kept the appointment times. We had no complaints at all. We would gladly refer this company for any projects. In these days and times we find very few companies we can give this high a recommendation for!

The workmanship exceeded my expectation and I am extremely satisfied of the result and now have an impressive acrylic- made new walk-in shower with a lifetime warranty included. Ricky and his brother are both highly skilled and very professional installers and Cody, design consultant, guided me through the process and always follow through. I would definitely hire this company for my next remodeling project; likewise, I would highly recommend them to friends/acquaintances for any bathrooms make over. So grateful I came across Ocala Baths, LLC.
