"I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"

"We had a literal crap storm in our basement on Monday night (turns out the sump and ejector pumps blew at the same time), and Suma Plumbing bailed us out! Can t recommend them enough after experience we had with a large plumbing company (Michael & Son). We called for the emergency service that M&S brag about, but they couldn t come until the next morning at 8am. Fine. M&S plumber shows up at 11am and leaves...saying it s a drain issue, don t use water or flush toilets, and they d send someone in the afternoon (2-6). Guy shows up at 7pm not knowing what we need. Says, oh...you need a plumber. I m the drain guy. Are you free tomorrow between 10-2? Um, no. I get on Angie s List and find Suma Plumbing. He says, I ll be there in an hour. And lo and behold, Lal was actually here IN AN HOUR! He fixed the sump pump last night so we could use toilets and water. Came at 7am this morning and in two hours replaced the ejector pump and snaked all the backed up sewer lines. I HIGHLY recommend Suma Plumbing! Not cheap, but fair, reasonable, responsive, and competent...which is more I can say for certain other companies. We have a new plumber, for sure."

"Kap arrived at my home promptly at 11:30 am scheduled. He called me within moments after I submitted by online request through Home Advisor. I needed a plumber to unclog my kitchen and utility sinks. Kap identified other plumbing issues I was having while he was here to unclog the sinks. He ended up replacing several leaky pipes, some of which required him to cut out some drywall. He did not leave my home until 7:15 pm. He worked all day without taking a break. He cleaned up after he was done, and I found his prices to be very reasonable. I plan to have him back to look at some other plumbing issues I am having. He also gave me the name of a company to replace the drywall he had to remove and to get rid of mold from the leaky pipes in my basement ceiling. Kap explained everything he needed to do to my son and grandson, and they both felt he knew what he was doing. He was also courteous and professional."

"We had a reported gurgling toilet and slow drain in a rental property in Waldorf, MD, about 35 miles from where Patrick Wilson is based. He was down at the property within an hour and couldn't really find anything after snaking out the main line, but did say he told the tenants to not flush baby wipes down the drain as they do not dissolve like toilet paper. He charged us only a $75 service call which I felt was more than reasonable. He seemed very honest and trustworthy and I will definitely use him again!"

"Beautiful job down by the 2 men, except I failed to see ring was not glued to wall and sliding doors slide back about 1/4 inch when shut. When I called they were very compliant and sent a man to correct problem. Problem was solved I am very satisfied and sorry I had not seen the above problem when I did the inspection. I am not use to getting quick turn around when I have a problem with contractors but these folks are great to deal with and interested in making sure everything is done correctly. I would recommend them to all friends and family."

"This was a great experience. I called to have fixtures in my bathroom and kitchen replaced. They came to my house within 30 minutes, gave me an estimate, offered to do the work right away, went to the hardware store to pick up parts I did not have and did a very thorough clean up when the work was finished. They made sure plumbing was brought up to code in my old house (built in 1905). They worked quietly and efficiently. The work was done a week ago and everything seems to be in working order. "I have been using McCarthy Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. for over 10 years and have always been happy with their service. Today's service call was no different. The job today required coordination with my condo management company (also very good), to shut the water off to several buildings, so that a valve could be replaced under my kitchen sink. Obviously, one of the objectives was to keep the water off for as short a period as possible and give people as precise a time as possible when to expect the water to be off and back on.
