"Mike, the owner of Wagner Plumbing, called me back almost immediately after I sent the Home Advisor inquiry. He stopped by the next morning and tried to clear the drain in the bathtub with a power plunger which helped slightly, but still drained slowly. My home's 67 year old trap was frozen in place and Mike explained the only alternative would be to cut it out and replace that section of pipe. We set up an appt for the following week when his helper was available. It took Mike and Eric less than 2 hours to make the repair and it now drains perfectly. It was a messy job, but they tarped the area and cleaned up afterwards. I had another plumber quote the same job for almost twice the price. I'm very satisfied, so Mike is now my Go To plumber. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did.
