"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. Jeff scheduled the water mitigation process to begin first thing Monday morning. We are especially grateful for the kindness these 2 professionals showed us in our time of need."

From the initial contact to the finished installation, the experience was excellent and very, very different from the previous company I used (which was a totally negative experience.) The initial contact with Anthony was met with a very competent understanding of the issue, a clear explanation of the possible alternatives, an honest and reasonable assessment of the costs to resolve the issue, and a super-fast response time. There was no feeling of a high-pressure sales effort and I knew I was dealing (finally!) with a water heater company that was principled and operated from a base of honesty and integrity. The entire experience was first-class. In addition, the costs were perfectly fair and quite reasonable. It was apparent that The Water Heater company was interested in having a long-term relationship with us and not just interested in a quick and profitable sale. They left me with a sticker to attach to my water heater with their telephone number which I will use if I ever need service again. They went above and beyond, not only re-piping my 1927 house, replacing my 30 year old water heater, and doing the plumbing for my bathroom remodel, but also referring us to a great father son team who gutted and did all the remodeling for my bathroom. Additionally, I had a minor plumbing issue today, that had nothing to do with the work they did, and Bonnie, via text, walked me through doing my own repair. He also replaced piping in my sinks and shutoff valves that were badly corroded to the point of leaking. I could have had a flood on my hands.
