Jonathan and his engineer came up with the solution with reasonable cost. We did not need any steel beam. He produced high quality work. I presented his plan to at least 11 GC for bidding the project. I did not recall even one negative feedback. They were all positive. They said the drawing was professional, very detailed and very clear. Our first city submittal came back with very few corrections and it was approved after the resubmit.
