Then they replaced all of the metal room dividers on the floors (don’t know what they’re called). "It was a pleasure doing business with Vince at The Floor Maintenance Co. Not only does he have an admirable business model but he is really a nice guy. My concrete and brick patio floor was a horrendous mess. An inept handyman had smeared concrete over all the bricks. He was the only one who had a solution. His crew came and in one day my patio was restored clean, and looking better than ever. If there were ten stars, he and his company would have them."

"We love our floors again!! Our marble floors were in need of lippage removal and polishing from a botched installation job just a month prior. We had approximately 2300 sqft of marble flooring that needed to be repaired and refinished, and they got it done within three days. They took special care in making sure our baseboards, wainscoting, and walls were protected during the process, which was much appreciated. Everyone we dealt with over the process was completely professional, and the results were stellar. Can't recommend them enough!"

"If you are looking for the best of the best for tile cleaning, repair, or replacement then contact Jay at Mosaic Stone Restoration. For the past 7 to 8 years we have had our shower flower cleaned and restored. But it never worked. We still have mold, and grout lifting on the floor. This time I was determined to find the best. And Jay is the best. He talked to us, and made us understand what was happening with our shower floor. He gave us what I thought was a fair estimate. And after interviewing two other contractors I knew that Jay was the man we wanted for the job. He did not over sell us, or upsell us. He was just honest. I trusted him enough to say, let's not patch the floor anymore, let's replace the floor. He took the time to tell us all that would be involved and the time it would take. For the first time our shower is perfect. It not only looks great, but now the floor is even. So if you are looking for quality work, great service, great attitude, and the best of the best then you should call Jake at Mosaic Stone Restoration. We are not finished with him because there are always projects around our house. Next up will be the cleaning and polishing of our granite countertops.
