"Pleased with the work Jeff performed at my house. He was quick to respond to my inquiry, provided suggestions on approach to fixing my water heater, and was on arrival within 24 hours. He provided options without pushing for the most expensive repair option (which was to replace the whole unit). She explained to us about the different products and how they differed from other companies products. She was so knowledgeable and helpful! Then this year we decided to have a walk-in shower installed in our upstairs bathroom. Joe came to our house and went over everything with us.
