"My wife and I are both in our seventies and the step-over tub in our master bath had become genuinely dangerous for us ?Five Star Bath Solutions of Fort Collins came out to our place near Harmony Rd, measured everything carefully, and proposed a walk-in shower conversion with a teak bench and textured safety tile that would actually look nice and not institutional. The project started on the Monday he promised and wrapped up by Wednesday afternoon. Every evening the bathroom was swept clean and our floors were protected the whole time. We feel so much safer and it added real value to our home."

I was a little skeptical at first with their prices being lower and the fact that the company is a little newer, but was very happy to learn that they have years of experience installing bathrooms together (and that experience definitely shows)! "Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."

We had a walk-in shower installed with high end materials such as porcelain walls and a new bathroom floor The experience from beginning to end was smooth. The sales person, Randy, helped us figure out what we wanted in an initial consultation. The office crew (Kaylee, Ann) ordered everything and kept us up to date on delivery schedules. The project manager, Justyn, coordinated the work on site as soon as all the materials were available. RenewHome's plumber, Scott, and assistant Jonathan were in and out in a few hours. Then the big work started with a GREAT subcontractor, L and R Home Remodeling LLC. Edgar and his assistant Adir completely rebuilt the bathroom in 3 days and left everything clean at the end of the day. The team arrived ahead of schedule and went straight to work. Concrete repair looks great, but LOTS of splashed residue on my front siding and windows that quickly turned into large dark spots. I emailed the company, along with a few photos, to at least find out how to best deal with the stains and heard nothing back even after 3 attempts. Absolutely no response. Zero calls. Zero follow-up emails. The work quality and initial inspection/quote process of this company are great. The courtesy of their team members is great. The collateral damage, at least in my case, was substantial. Follow-up customer service after the job is complete is really terrible, as in apparently non-existent, and it will most definitely affect my willingness to recommend them to my contacts, even though the actual concrete repair was well done."
