He provided an estimate for the work which was far lower than the two other companies that I had also got quotes from. He didn’t try to upsell me on way more expensive upgrades like the other ones did. The work was completed in a timely manner. My fixtures were old and corroded, not properly installed originally, that made the job much harder but Antonio did it and it was excellent"

"Great service and work from Miguel and team. I would hire them again. What originally was a slow draining sewer line turned into a root infested backup. Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed. He clearly explained the discovery, repair, and installation process as well as potential other root intrusion spots. After the dig, the soil and grass was replaced and can hardly tell that any work was done. They also cleaned the dirt/mud on the concrete walk way. Thank you Miguel and team for the great work."

"Robert went above and beyond installing our water heater. Robert tied the cooper cold and hot water pipes to a 2 x 4 so they won't rattle and when water begins to flow. He put installation around the hot water pipe which will make it more efficient in the winter. Robert also took the time to explain the various features of the Bradford White Water Heater. Overall, Robert takes his time to make sure that the install is done all up to code."

"I called HomeX. Oscar arrived on Monday morning (on time). I asked if he would come in and take a look at the two drains affected by the stoppage. He did. I then asked if he had a wire long enough to reach through the branch to the main. He did. They has a special running for $68.00. He ran the wire through the line. The drain was cleared. Read on... Prior to calling HomeX I had called another firm. They came and attempted to clean the branch drain but failed to do so. They recommended hydrojetting and quoted a price of $1800.00. They "came down" to $1200.00 but based an past experience I was uncomfortable with the quote and the result of the initial work. By the way... I held a Journeymans plumbing license in the state of Massachusetts for quite a while and worked in the trades for 8 years. HomeX is a company that can be trusted and I would recommend them to anyone in need of this kind of service work."

They did such a good job on remodeling two of my bathrooms we had a special request canceling a door and opening another, and the outcome was amazing. We went from having one bathroom and a half to two full bathrooms. "Andreh completed the job in 1 1/2 hours, more quickly than he had estimated (and his time estimate, 2 hours, was at least half of the next lowest, 4-6 hours). He installed the replacement parts my husband and I had purchased, and brought the part we had forgotten about. He didn't (as one plumber did) deprecate the manufacturer of the material he was installing. He was on time, and left the bathroom in better condition than he had found it.
