Arrived quickly. Outside drip in pipe near intake. I think. He explained what was wrong and how it would be repaired. Required one trip to hardware store yet completed quickly and efficiently on a very warm day.

They came promptly and fixed my washer leak. I ended up having another leak in my bathroom weeks later and decided to repipe my entire house with them. They were willing to match and actually charge less than the construction company that will be remodeling my house, so it was a no brainer to go with them. They even sent out their project manager to make sure things were well taken care of since I ended up repiping everything.

HomeX technician Eddie replaced a broken water shut off valve in the bathroom & installed a replacement kitchen faucet. He was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient & responded to my emergency call within the hour. The HomeX office & dispatcher were very friendly & helpful. This is the second time HomeX has come to my rescue to take care of my plumbing problems. I will definitely call them next time I need a plumber.
