They were friendly, professional and punctual. The initial cleaning worked but my drain is now slow and I have waste coming out of ground from an outside drain. Having trouble contacting Ruben for follow up visit.

He did not do the job he was hired to do. He left but the drain was still clogged. I called him to come back and he still did not fix the problem. He was supposed to contact me the next day for a follow-up and I am still waiting for that.

Great service can be hard to find especially when you need help quickly. Ruben s provided us with professional and high quality work. Stayed late to get service back running, this was a plus to me during the COVID-19 period. This is my 1st review and I am really happy with the service Ruben s Sewer and Drain Cleaning provided.

This guy went out without authorization and called me and I thought he was the company I had authorized to do the work. He lied and did all kinds of damage to our sewer line. It cost me over $600. to repair his screw up. All we needed was a washing machine drain line cleaned out. I picked a plumber off of Angie List and somehow I got another plumber. Watch out it is a liar.
