He had multiple issues to keep him busy here... dealing with a leaking sink faucet hose here (& eventually installing a new faucet when Kohler's replacement hose would not fit a DISCONTINUED faucet, adjust water temperature in my guest bath shower & reinstalling the shower faucet, & checking my master bath toilet's fill valve. "Bill is so awesome! I had a leaking sewer pipe in the basement that leaked from the unfinished part to the finished part of the basement. The leak was so bad, it almost filled a 32 gallon trash can I had put underneath the leak! Bill stopped by and told me what the problems could be and suggested we go the cheaper route first, which was have someone go out to the sewer clean out to unclog it. He knew someone who would do it for a few hundred bucks and told me before he left that he?d contact him tomorrow and have him come out. Not too long after, he called me and told me he contacted my township and said they had a free emergency service for backed sewer lines and he gave them my address to unclog the line. The township came and unclogged the line. I had my daughter flush the toilet and run the water to make sure there was no leak and?leak was gone! Bill, I want to thank you so much! You literally saved me hundreds of dollars! I would recommend his business to anyone looking for a contractor who not only does a good job, but also cares about people.
