We had a different plumber do work under our kitchen sinks earlier in the morning, and they left us with standing water, citing a need for a larger snake. Rema had all the tools he needed to unclog our drains, install a better trap, and he took the time to walk me through our plumbing in the basement to explain WHY our clog was happening. "I have been using McCarthy Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. for over 10 years and have always been happy with their service. Today's service call was no different. The job today required coordination with my condo management company (also very good), to shut the water off to several buildings, so that a valve could be replaced under my kitchen sink. Obviously, one of the objectives was to keep the water off for as short a period as possible and give people as precise a time as possible when to expect the water to be off and back on. You can imagine how many things could go wrong? How long this could take if anything went wrong? Nothing did. The job was done expertly and quickly. The water was off for a very short time.
