    I would definitely recommend this company, the repairman was totally honest about what was wrong with my unit which was just a loose wire and he took the time to clean of the vents with out any extra charge…..

    The pro misdiagnosed the initial issue and instead of this project costing me $500, it ended up being double. He replaced soo many parts over a two week span that I should have bought another dryer. In the end the dryer is working now. I was told that I would be receiving warranty info but never did. Bad experience.

    From the Owner- Thats incorrect, the customer not only got his dryer repaired but all new venting and outside wall damper that was a real fire hazard and unforeseen cost down the road if this wasn't done, that's where the extra cost was tacked on- it took over a week because that's how long parts took to arrive for the repair, also the warranty info is at the bottom of the invoice where he signed, and it was thoroughly explained to the customer, Also my tech tells me the low review # does not seem like this comes from the customer because he was very happy and please when he was done the job.

    Kenny arrived at my home from K and K to install the ice maker. I think he had the job completed in about 45 minutes but initially told me 1 hour. I had an existing water supply and he connected that for me also. He was very professional, informed me of the cost that I agreed to pay. This was a great customer service experience. If I needed a major appliance repair, I would definitely use this company again. I got it done when I wanted so I am more than pleased. I know it does not always happen that way.

    Kenneth went beyond my expectations. I was skeptical about this refrigerator ever working again, Iâ m please he had the skill set needed saving me the cost of a new unit. Will be using him again as my oven is showing signs of wear. Thanks again K & K.

    The gentleman should have called and said I am on my way and I am running late. When he handed me the bill, it showed they were charging $201 per hour. Not good service. Not a quality company.

    FROM THE OWNER --- Can't please everyone.... his appliance is working back like (New), in 1 hour, and he didn't have to pay for a new dryer in which would have been a lot more money and time... do the math.... THIS LOW SCORE HAS TO BE FUELED BY DEMONIC ENTITIES AND HATE IN WICH I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH!

    FROM THE OWNER- Again .... can't please Everyone!... this customer was giving back her money (service fee $89) because we elect not to work on her appliance because parts was not available, we gave our professional advice and told her to buy a new unit, so this does not even qualify for a review, because (value of money) --- she didn't pay nothing!
