She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "We recently bought a house in Sacramento. During the last rainy season we discovered that we had a drainage problem: pools of water formed next to the foundation and water was running underneath the house via the crawl space depression. Over the years, the grade on the north side of the house had developed a slope toward the house (probably due to adding soil for gardening) and the old flexible corrugated downspout drain pipes had clogged or collapsed and didn't run to the curb. Hays Engineering fixed all that. The company owner, Josh Hays, kept us informed about the project schedule and was on site. They contacted utilities to mark underground lines. They regraded the north side of the yard and installed a drainage system consisting of seven collection points using smooth 4 inch drainage pipe (that can be cleaned out if necessary). The Hays Engineering crew used a laser level to ensure that the slope of each drainage pipe was correct. The terminal ends of the drainage pipes were fitted with pop-up drainage emitters. In-ground irrigation pipes were rerouted where necessary. Digging the trenches for the system was done very carefully and they hand dug when approaching an underground line. Mr. Hays and his team were friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions. Not only did Hays Engineering do an outstanding job, the cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend Hays Engineering and would use them again without hesitation."
