"First, I called and left message at 7:45 AM on a Saturday morning, I received a call back at 8:00 AM, and a technician at the house at 9:15 AM. Door up and running by 10:15 AM. Technician explained what he was going to do on replacing springs, why replacing both springs, thoroughly checked out, tightened, lubed all parts of door as required. Plus given a life time warranty. Will out live me probably."
