Very responsive to the initial request. He came out promptly and gave an estimate. He followed up in writing. He showed up on time every day and communicated with us as needed. The job took longer than estimated but he completed it as soon as he could and honored his original estimate. He provided good quality work. He cleaned up the area daily and was safe with Covid-19 precautions.
