The 2 employees of Lagos went above and beyond to make sure we were able to use our bathrooms and clean the drainpipes. They were very knowledgeable and talented and dedicated to the task at hand. I highly recommend this company they treated us fair and stayed until the job was complete.

Pedro arrived within the scheduled time. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Though it turned out that the drainage issue was not on my property, Pedro took the time to meet and discuss issue with me and neighbor.

Douglas is great. I had Bonney come out first they wanted to put new pipe in for $2000. I called several other plumbers they all said new pipe up to $3500. My washing machine was backing up when emptying and ever plumber said new pipe. Douglas said he could send the camera down and check it out. He ran a snake down 3 or more times, each time running the camera down until pipe was clean and clear. He put new trap and clean out for washing machine machine. After cutting away the wall board he put it all back together like new. Don't waste your time call Lagos first off. He is honest, friendly and confident and does GREAT WORK.

We were able to get a quick appointment. The gentlemen showed up right on time and was kind and courteous. He was able to fix our pipe issues and it actually cost less than what I thought it would. I felt both men were professional and did an excellent job. I would certainly hire them for any other plumbing issues.

Douglas and his staff were extremely accommodating and responsive. Before the Christmas holiday, I became aware of a serious plumbing issue in my home. Pedro, and Douglas were out very quickly when providing estimates, and also when mobilizing to perform services. Both were very communicative and explained in great detail what needed to be done and why, and were very patient with all of my concerns and questions. I also have to recognize that Douglas was very empathetic to my financial concerns and his quotes reflected many options. I cannot commend highly enough, or express just how impressive they were in their services. Their response time is great, respond to all e-mails and texts, and were very flexible with my schedule. I have remaining projects to update my home plumbing. Lagos is the top of my list when considering future plumbing projects because they have gone above and beyond and have really stood out amongst competing plumbing firms. Don’t look anywhere else. No need to panic (like I was). Lagos Plumbing are available fairly quick, especially if it’s an emergency. Absolutely happy with the company.

Pedro and his helper were nice and professional. He explained the job in detail. They did a good job clearing the root and unclog the toilet.

Douglas arrived on time and I went over the items that needed replaced. He them gave me the price. He went to work and never stopped. He finished up and showed me his work. He cleaned up and took away the discarded items. Very polite and friendly. I would call him again.

My water heater went out right before expecting company for Thanksgiving. They were able to come the next day. They removed our old water heater and installed a new one. They were serviced oriented, efficient and cleaned up after the job was done. I would hire them again.
